FAQ and Shipping Costs

Please examine your shipment promptly upon arrival. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in resaleable condition. Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. If the product received is damaged or defective, please keep all packing materials and shipping label, and contact CGP Products immediately to file a claim.

CGP Products Inc. warrants that flag products, including poles and brackets, are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 45 days from the date of shipment. If any product fails to conform to this warranty within the warranty period, we shall, at our discretion, upon receipt and verification of written request by the consumer, replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover defects or product failure caused by inclement weather, high winds, improper installation, overloading, accidental misuse, neglect, alteration or modification by the consumer.

For most products we do if ordered by 3pm EST.  Most orders are shipped by FedEx.  Stock orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped that same day. Average ground shipping time is one to six business days, depending on your location. Overnight, two-day and three-day delivery services are also available at an additional expense.

*Orders of $750 and more are billed at FedEx Ground Rate or minimum charge listed, whichever is greater. This freight pricing does not apply for custom products or certain oversized or heavy products.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted. You may also choose Purchase Order if you have an established account with CGP Products Inc. For this option, you must enter a PO number for billing purposes.
